Don't bother with this location. Go to the one in Salem... Especially if it's a weekend. Did the online check in and wound up still waiting 45 minutes... Watched a rude stylist tell a mother and her four-year-old son that they were not on the list (they had been there longer than I had been waiting and I personally saw them check in at the door when I arrived). At which point I said screw it and gave them my time slot and left. Very disappointing that I will have to drive across town if I want a "Sport Clips" experience.

Walked in last night at about 7:15 not another person in the place.Two girls were sitting in the styling chairs talking to each other, neither would even recognize that I had walked through the door. I finally asked if I could possibly get a haircut and one of the girls, not moving from her chair, said "yeah sign in". I told her I did not have an appointment that I just wanted a hair cut, she than said I still have to sign in. I looked at the sign in tablet and they wanted all kinds of personal information, First Name, Last Name, Phone number, email address ETC. ETC...... I told her I did not want to put that information in their system and she said I could not get a Hair Cut unless I gave them all of my personal information. I just wanted a Hair Cut not a job interview!!! Apparently you can not get a Hair Cut at this place unless you want to give them your full history! If you want a Hair Cut without the interview go somewhere else.

***Kristen is amazing. No, I do not personally know her but she pays attention to details. Her service is of excellence, and she should be recognized for it.*** Today was my second experience with her as my hair & beard stylist; the quality of service she provides hasn't hindered from the first time.
